After being home for a month after our rental time, our deposit check arrived. When I deposited it in my bank, it was returned to me for insufficient funds. I called Mesquite to be told they were having some financial problems, but would be sending a new check imminently. My bank charged me $19 for their bounced check. I have called repeatedly since that time and have continually been told they had already mailed the replacement. After several weeks I was told that they had the wrong address for me. I corrected it although I don't believe that was true.
