Eateries like Taneko, Thai Thai, and Japanese Tavern operate in the mall.Travelers may also try the first major 2 level mall built in 1973 which is the Metrocenter. With more than a hundred of stores and restaurants squeezed in this shopping center in Phoenix, the Metrocenter was tagged the largest mall in America when it was opened. It is located west of 1-17 in the middle of Dunlap and Peoria Avenues.

Its main stores are Macy’s, Sears, and Dillard’s. Metrocenter is a favorite of the teens as it has Harkins with 12 movie screens. Teens get to converge in this mall and they even came up with their own online teen newsletter.Phoenix shoppers could hop on to the popular amusement park Castle and Coasters which is just so near the Metrocenter. There are also plenty of shops at the perimeter of the mall such as Best Buy, Olive Garden, Barnes and Noble, Black Angus, China Inn, and many more.
